Production Information
Digitally supplied specification
Advertisements should be supplied as high resolution EPS (with fonts embedded), TIF, JPG or PDF files to pre-press standards of a minimum 300 pixels/inch (118 pixels/cm). We also require a high resolution proof. PLEASE NOTE: without a high quality proof, SRJ cannot be held responsible for the output of supplied files. Please also be aware that the output from files supplied in 'composition' software such as QuarkXPress or Illustrator cannot be guaranteed by us as computer systems can interpret digital data in differing ways. Hence, we prefer high resolution TIF, JPG or PDF files.
Film
Please note that we no longer accept film for advertisements. Should film be supplied, we will make a charge for conversion to digital format.

Please note
If the correct material is not supplied, any work undertaken by us to produce the files required will be chargeable. Corrections to existing film and digital files will also be chargeable.
